3. Personal documents

4. Bank account and NIF
We will introduce you to a bank manager for account opening and will apply for a Portuguese taxpayer number (NIF)
5. Make the investment
After you transfer the funds to your Portuguese account, you are ready to invest. The procedures may be different depending on the investment you choose.
6. Online application
The lawyer will submit your application with all the necessary documents when you are required to pay the government analysis fee.
7. Biometrics
Following the initial approval from the Portuguese Authorities, an appointment will be scheduled to collect your biometric data (fingerprint, photo).
8. Approval and residence cards
After your application is approved, you will need to pay the card issuance fee to the Government. Once your residence cards are ready, we will collect them on your behalf and send them to you.
